Pick up and return

You can can also pick up and return the rented and purchased materials at our location on Bahnstrasse 102, 8105 Regensdorf  -  Industriestrasse 8, 8404 Winterthur .

The opening times for picking up and returning are Monday to Friday, between 08.00 - 11.45 and 13:30 - 17:00

With rental materials a deposit fee is payable upon pick-up. The amount of the deposit will be at least 200 CHF. The deposit is measured by the value of rented goods and, and will be agreed upon individually with each customer. If all rental items are returned in perfect condition, this deposit will of course be refunded to you.

Return and Revocation

Return of Defective Goods

You may return any delivered goods which are defect or which may vary from your order. If your complaint is justified, the purchase price and shipping costs will be refunded.

Exercising the right to return (Revocation)

All goods purchased on the website may be returned at your own risk within fourteen days after receipt. If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments that we have received from you. We may suspend reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have given evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

To receive your refund as soon as possible, please make sure you do not return goods from various orders in one shipment. The goods must be returned in the same condition in which you received them. We do not accept goods or refuse refunds for goods that have been used. If the quality of the goods has deteriorated by intensive use, we reserve the right to return the goods back to the sender. Always state the reasons for returning any goods that you send back to us.

No Exchange

Umzugscenter AG offers no exchange service. Of course you may return all goods that do not meet your expectations; you will be refunded all costs. Place another order, if you want a different product, a different colour or a different size.


Once your returned goods have been checked and inspected by our warehouse, you will receive a notification via e-mail about a refund if applicable. The refund will immediately be credited to your bank account, so please give us your account details for this. It usually takes eight to ten business days for a refund to appear on your account statement. For a full refund, it is important that we receive the returned goods in the state in which you received them: the goods must be complete and in the same condition as upon delivery.

Trusted Shop

We have been awarded the Trusted Store seal of approval, therefore you have additional buyer protection. You can place and pay for orders without worrying, you are protected against the loss of your purchase price payment after order completion in case of non-delivery or after returning the goods, regardless of payment method.
